01Acceptance of these terms

By using the website, installing a package, buying a product, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

02Products and services

ERAG offers three kinds of work:

• Open source packages — free, and published under their own licenses (usually MIT). Where an open source license differs from these terms, that license applies to the package.
• Paid products — premium source code such as the SaaS Laravel starter kits, delivered through private repositories.
• Services — support, consulting, and custom SaaS or software development.

Product pages, demos, and documentation describe what each product does. They may change as products evolve.

03Purchases and delivery

Paid products are sold through third-party payment providers such as GitHub Sponsors. Once payment is confirmed, we deliver the product — usually by inviting your GitHub account to a private repository. Delivery is complete as soon as access has been granted.

Please make sure the GitHub username and email you give us are correct. Delivery may take longer while a payment is being verified or access is set up manually.

04Your license

Paid products are licensed, not sold. Unless the product comes with its own license, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

• use the product in unlimited personal and client projects;
• modify the source code in any way you like;
• build and sell commercial end products, such as a SaaS application, based on it;
• deliver finished applications to your clients, including the parts of the product they need to run.

If a product ships with its own license — for example, the SaaS Laravel license — that license takes precedence for that product.

05Restrictions

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, or give away the source code — modified or not — except as part of a finished end product;
• publish paid source code publicly, including in public repositories, gists, package registries, tutorials, or forums;
• share private repository access, download links, or customer-only files with anyone who has not bought a license;
• use a product to create a competing starter kit, template, or boilerplate;
• remove copyright or license notices, or claim authorship of our code;
• bypass access controls, license checks, or payment flows.

06Intellectual property

All source code, documentation, designs, and product names remain the property of ERAG. Your license lets you use a product; it does not transfer ownership of it. You own the code you write on top of it.

07Account security and access

You are responsible for your GitHub account and for anything done with the access we grant you. Tell us promptly if you think your access has been leaked or misused.

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are breached, if paid code is shared without authorization, or if a payment is reversed or charged back.

08Compatibility, updates, and support

Compatibility

Each product lists its requirements, such as PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and framework versions. Please check them before you buy. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom codebase, hosting environment, or future framework release.

Updates

Updates may add features, fix bugs, improve security, or remove outdated code. What each product includes is shown on its product page — SaaS Laravel, for example, includes ongoing updates for as long as you keep repository access.

Support

Support covers installation, documented usage, and product bugs. Unless agreed separately, it does not include custom development, debugging third-party or modified code, server administration, or data migration.

09Custom projects

Custom development, consulting, and SaaS projects are governed by a separate proposal, invoice, or contract, which takes precedence over these terms if the two conflict. Timelines depend on you providing requirements, feedback, content, and access on time.

10Third-party services

Our products depend on third-party frameworks, libraries, hosting, payment providers, APIs, and platforms such as GitHub. They run under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, breaking changes, pricing, or policy changes.

11Acceptable use

Do not use our website, products, or services for anything unlawful or harmful — including malware, fraud, spam, credential theft, unauthorized access, infringing other people’s rights, or attacking our infrastructure.

12Disclaimer

Products, documentation, and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Always review and test software before using it in production.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERAG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, revenue, or data, business interruption, or downtime — arising from your use of our website, products, or services, whatever the legal theory.

14Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products, services, or legal obligations change. The new version applies once it is posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
