Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ERAG Technologies websites, documentation, Laravel/PHP packages, Vue/React/TypeScript packages, developer tools, SaaS starter kits, premium source code, digital software products, support, consulting, and custom SaaS or software development services.

By visiting the website, downloading a product, purchasing a license, accessing a private repository, using documentation, requesting support, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the products or services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Products and Services

ERAG Technologies may provide free and paid software packages, premium source-code products, developer tools, templates, SaaS starter kits, documentation, implementation examples, license keys, private repository access, technical support, consulting, custom software development, and SaaS project work.

Product descriptions, screenshots, examples, demos, compatibility information, and documentation are provided to help you evaluate a product. They may be updated as products evolve.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through download links, license keys, email, account access, private GitHub or repository invitations, package registry access, documentation portals, or other electronic delivery methods. Delivery is considered complete when access to the source code, download, repository, license key, product files, or other digital materials has been provided.

You are responsible for providing correct account, email, billing, and repository information. Delays may occur if payment verification, fraud review, account verification, or manual repository access is required.

Software License

Unless a separate written agreement or product-specific license states otherwise, buying or downloading a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own project, client project, business application, or internal development work according to the applicable product terms.

A license allows use of the product; it does not sell, assign, or transfer ownership of the copyright, intellectual property, source code, documentation, designs, branding, examples, or related materials.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All ERAG Technologies source code, premium digital products, documentation, examples, templates, designs, product names, and related materials remain copyrighted by ERAG Technologies or the respective owner. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it under the applicable terms, not ownership of the copyright.

Paid source code and premium digital materials may not be publicly redistributed, uploaded to public repositories, published in package registries, shared in forums, posted in marketplaces, or otherwise made available to unauthorized users. Private GitHub or repository access is for authorized users only and must not be shared. License keys, download links, account access, private repository invitations, and customer-only files must not be shared, sold, leaked, transferred, or exposed publicly.

You may not resell substantially unchanged ERAG Technologies source code, starter kits, templates, packages, or developer tools as your own standalone product. You may not claim authorship of ERAG Technologies copyrighted source code or remove copyright, license, attribution, or ownership notices where they are included.

Open-source packages remain governed by their respective open-source licenses. If an open-source license grants rights that differ from these Terms, the open-source license controls for that open-source component.

License Restrictions

• You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute paid source code except where the applicable product license expressly permits it.
• You may not provide private repository access, download links, license keys, or customer-only files to unauthorized third parties.
• You may not use a product to build a directly competing product that is primarily a resale or rebrand of substantially unchanged source code.
• You may not bypass license checks, access controls, payment flows, repository permissions, or technical protection measures.
• You may not use the products or services in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

Accounts, Purchases, and Security

You are responsible for keeping your purchase email, account credentials, private repository access, download links, and license keys secure. Activity under your account, repository invitation, license key, or purchase email may be treated as your activity.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account, license key, repository access, or download link has been lost, stolen, leaked, or misused. We may suspend or rotate access if needed to prevent abuse, unauthorized sharing, or security risks.

Product Compatibility

Software compatibility may depend on PHP version, Laravel version, Node.js version, package manager, database, browser, operating system, server configuration, third-party APIs, build tools, and other dependencies. You are responsible for reviewing product documentation, version requirements, environment assumptions, and integration details before purchasing or installing.

We may provide compatibility notes and support guidance, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom application, legacy codebase, hosting environment, third-party library, or future framework release.

Updates and Maintenance

Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility updates, documentation improvements, security improvements, or feature changes. Update availability, frequency, and duration may vary by product and may depend on the license, purchase terms, or maintenance plan.

We may change, improve, rename, deprecate, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintainability, framework compatibility, platform changes, or product direction.

Support

Support may include help with installation, configuration, documented usage, product bugs, license access, purchase issues, and compatibility questions. Support scope, response times, and channels may vary by product, license, or service agreement.

Unless separately agreed, support does not include unrelated custom development, full project implementation, third-party debugging, server administration, data migration, custom feature development, or fixing issues caused by modified source code, incompatible dependencies, or unsupported environments.

Custom SaaS and Software Projects

Custom software, SaaS, consulting, and development services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, milestone agreement, or written contract. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

You are responsible for providing timely requirements, feedback, content, credentials, test data, approvals, and access needed for project delivery. Project timelines may depend on your responsiveness, scope clarity, third-party services, and technical constraints.

Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Products and services may depend on third-party frameworks, libraries, package registries, hosting providers, payment processors, repositories, APIs, analytics tools, email providers, or deployment platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, security, availability, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for outages, breaking changes, deprecations, pricing changes, security incidents, API limitations, account suspensions, or policy changes by third-party services outside our control.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the website, products, documentation, source code, support, or services for unlawful activity, intellectual property infringement, malware, credential theft, spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, reverse engineering of protected services, license circumvention, public leaking of paid code, or any use that may harm ERAG Technologies, customers, users, contributors, or third-party platforms.

Service Availability

We work to keep the website, documentation, downloads, repositories, and services available. Availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, third-party services, DNS issues, security events, network interruptions, payment provider issues, repository platform downtime, or technical problems.

Disclaimer and No Warranty

Products, documentation, examples, and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ERAG Technologies disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and compatibility with every environment or third-party service.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating software before using it in production. Developer tools and source code may require configuration, updates, dependency management, security review, and environment-specific adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ERAG Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, procurement of substitute services, security incidents, or production downtime arising from or related to the website, products, source code, documentation, support, or services.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds for digital products are governed by the Refund Policy. Digital products and source-code products are generally non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in products, services, licensing practices, support processes, payment flows, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
