erag.in is operated by ERAG and maintained by Er Amit Gupta. We publish open source Laravel, Vue, and React packages, sell premium developer products such as the SaaS Laravel starter kits, and build custom software for clients.

02Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us, ask for support, request a refund, or discuss a project, we receive whatever you choose to send — usually your name, email address, company, message, and any files or technical details you attach.
Purchase information
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as GitHub Sponsors. From them we receive only what we need to fulfil your order: your GitHub username, purchase email, product or tier, amount, currency, transaction reference, and payment or refund status.
We never receive or store your full card number or bank credentials — those stay with the payment provider.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, timestamps, and error or security logs.
03How we use information
- To deliver what you buy — confirm payment, grant repository access, and provide updates.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To plan, build, and deliver custom projects you engage us for.
- To keep our website and products secure, and to detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing of paid code.
- To understand how the documentation is used so we can improve it.
- To keep invoices and records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
05Service providers and sharing
We rely on trusted providers for hosting, email, analytics, payments, and code delivery (for example, GitHub). They process your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies.
We share information with anyone else only when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or when you have asked us to.
06Data retention
We keep information only for as long as we need it:
- Purchase and invoice records — for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Support and project conversations — while they are useful for ongoing support or work.
- Server and security logs — for a limited period.
After that, we delete or anonymize the information.
07Security
We protect information with restricted access, secured accounts, and reputable infrastructure providers. No online system is completely secure, so please also keep your own GitHub account and repository access safe.
When asking for support, never send passwords, API keys, .env files, or production secrets. Logs, version numbers, and steps to reproduce are all we need.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a request, email erag.office@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept for legal reasons even after you ask us to delete your data.
09Children’s privacy
Our products and services are built for developers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
10International processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described in this policy.
11Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The updated policy applies from that date.
